A Little Bit About Me
(I've not actually updated this profile in a very long time)

I'm a confident, warm hearted gentleman, who these days appreciates the subtle delights that a fine cup of tea along with conversation can offer, more than the chase of the rat race in this world.

Although I am ambitious and thoroughly enjoy my career, I don't live to work, I work to live. I believe that the best enjoyment is found not in high expense or divine luxuries, but in the quality of the company you keep. By this I mean that I will enjoy anything the world has to offer as long as I have my wife by my side enjoying the simple pleasures in life with me.

I'm a deep thinker; analytic, calculated and frequently driven by my emotions. I like to think that I'm reasonably articulate, which is why I would most probably be suited to someone who is educated to at least a degree level. I'm warm hearted, affectionate and cherish the idea of love and romance. I like to think of myself as a confident alpha male who is very much the modern man.

I have a vein of islam running through my core which defines my very being, pumping morals and values through me. Although I have a deep understanding of Islam and recognise right from wrong, I do not consider myself to be practicing enough, this is something I wish to improve upon together with my wife. I have alhamdulillah had the privilege of going on ummrah but my imaan is not as strong as I'd like it to be and I have to admit that I do not pray 5 times a day. I only consume halal food or drink and do not smoke.

I'm acutely aware that my profile is coming across quite serious, I'm actually a very down to earth fun individual who frequently enjoys cracking jokes and making people laugh. Living on my own has taught me independence, which means I cook, clean, vacuum, iron and even know how to use the washing machine, that's right, one day I'll make someone a great wife haha.

WHY?
I have a successful career and independence but I feel a void in my life that can only be filled by my soul mate. I’m ready to provide lifelong commitment, loyalty, trust, honesty and unconditional love. I crave the affection and warmth of a lady who I can share my life with. I need someone to join me in experiencing all the blessings this world has to offer; life is so much sweeter and brighter when you have someone you love to share it with.
I have always wanted the fairytale romance; to fall in love and marry the girl of my dreams but as I grow older I learn that kismet has something else, something better in store for me inshallah.
